Tore out worn carpet and dated laminate, leveled the subfloor, and laid 1,100 sq ft of luxury vinyl plank through living areas, hall and kitchen.

L/A Construction Co. was established in 2026 on a simple, stubborn idea: that home improvement should still feel like it was made by hand. We grew up watching the old contractor ads — the ones with ink-stamped lettering and a promise you could shake hands on — and built this company to live up to them.
